This weekly pack includes 5 guided workout sessions ( 1 hour each) thoughtfully structured with:
✅ 10 min warm-up to activate muscles & prevent injury
✅ 42–45 min strength + cardio based training
✅ 6–7 min post-workout stretches for recovery & flexibility
These workouts are intermediate level, but don’t worry — throughout each session I’ve shared beginner modifications and low-impact options, so you can adjust intensity based on your fitness level and still follow comfortably.

The focus here is purely on effective training, coaching cues, and real session energy — just like being in class with me.
